Garlic Chilli Sauce Recipe


Ingredients:
- 10 cloves of garlic, finely minced
 - 6 red chili peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
 - Add the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
 - Reduce the heat to low and add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine.
 - Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
 - Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.
 - Once cooled, transfer the sauce to a sterilized jar or airtight container.
 - Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
