Garlic Chilli Sauce Recipe

  • 10 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • 6 red chili peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  4. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.
  6. Once cooled, transfer the sauce to a sterilized jar or airtight container.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
