It is the mango season now, Mangos are available at good prices all over Singapore. Here are some recent deals we found. However, do note that prices are seasonal and subject to change.

20¢ mangos are available at a pop up stall at Blk 417 Yishun Avenue 11. You can get there via buses 807 and 860 and alight at bus stop 59419.

$0.50 mangos can be found at a fruit stall in front of IM Nails of Blk 82 Marine Parade Central, Singapore 440082. You need to get a minimum of 4 mangos though.

Over at Boon Lay Shopping Centre, there are 3 fruit stores selling a variety of mangos.
One of them is Durian Boy at #01-130.

Unlike pre-COVID times, the crowd at Mustafa is less dense and it is more leisurely to shop there. There are still many good deals waiting to be discovered. Here are some of them I found this week.

The perfumes at Mustafa are authentic. The prices are pretty good and there is a comprehensive range. Davidoff Cool Water are selling at 2 bottles for $39.80 for 100ml for women and 125ml for men. In a wagon on level 1, you can find Loreal bundled items at good prices. 2 correcteurs are selling for $21.90. A powder foundation and Garnier micellar cleansing water is selling for $19.90.

Mustafa probably has the widest range of chocolates in Singapore. You can find many chocolates at really good prices because they have limited shelf lives left. You can find chocolate bars from $1. You can find the full report here.

Over at the TV department on B2, you can find many TVs on sale. Aiwa 40 inch TV is selling for $299 while Samsung UHD 55 inch is asking for $775. You can find the full report here.

Near to the TV department, there are many refrigerators on sale. Among them, you can find a 2 door SHARP fridge for $559.  You can find the full report here.

In the toy department, you can find ukuleles from $19.90. There are actually quite a few designs to choose from.

Bedok Central is a heartland shopping destination where many good deals can be found occasionally in its neighbourhood stores. It can be easily accessed via Bedok MRT station and Bedok Bus Interchange. Here are some of the deals we just found in this central.

We should all be familiar with Valu$ and ABC Bargain Centre. On one end of Bedok Central lies a rather big ABC Bargain Centre. There is a $1 section where you can spot the $1 deals easily. You can find shampoos, soaps and many household items for $1. Look out for the pack of 4 tissue papers for $1 and $1 Laurier pantyliners.

Pre-loved Rolex watches are available in a shop in Bedok Central. You can find models from $3,800. There are even instalment plans for the purchase.

Not mentioning the supermarkets, you can find 3 fruit stores selling mangoes at good prices. Among them, you can find 5 for $2 mangoes in a store just beside POSB.

There are actually 2 food centres in Bedok Central. Many know the one just beside Bedok Mall. Near to POSB, there is another food centre with many food choices at good prices. Among them, you can find $2 seafood soup and $2 bak kut teh in this humble stall. It is not surprising to find a long queue when it is open. Many of the side dishes are $0.50 per serving. Despite the good business and good prices, the stallholders are polite and appreciative towards every customer.

OG Orchard Point located at Somerset is a good choice on Orchard Road to get some good buys. Here are some of what we found.

On level 1, you can find a pop up booth with Instinct slippers at $10. There are a number of choices to choose from.

On level 3, there is a wagon of Disney items for kids going for 3 for $10. You can find Cinderella bags, Toy Story pencil cases and stationery sets among other items. They actually make great party goodie bag items. You can find the full report here.

In the wagon just beside the one with 3 for $10 Disney items, there are many Disney bags not more than $15 for kids. There are Mickey Mouse, Tsum Tsum, Star Wars and other characters available. You can find the full report here.
