 7-Eleven has launched 3 hot pot items, packed full of ingredients, that is suitable to be eaten anytime, anywhere. Each individual hotpot costs only $4.80 and you just need to put it in the microwave oven in the store for two and a half minutes, and it is good to go. Mala Chicken Hot Pot This should be the most popular flavour. The mala soup base is made with a blend of nine different spices. I took the last set at 7-Eleven Compass One. The set consists of spicy chicken, luncheon meat, corn on the cob, spinach, black fungus, lotus root, soft tofu, long cabbage and vermicelli.  To be honest, this tastes mala enough. The spicy level is just intermediate level and is not overpowering. This makes a quick fix anytime. Here is the ingredients list.  Seafood Tomato Hot Pot The seafood tomato hot pot set includes tomato soup base with a variety of seafood and veggies such as prawns, crab sticks, clams, lotus root, enoki mushrooms, fresh tomato segments, and vermicelli.  Herbal Chicken Hot Pot The herbal chicken hot pot consists of chicken thigh, spinach, black fungus, carrots, long cabbage, soft tofu, wolfberries, paired with vermicelli in soup base infused with a blend of seven Chinese herbs.  We are familiar with Bak Kwa but have you tried Bak Kwa ice cream? A friend of our page sent me images of these bakkwa ice creams found at Bee Cheng Hiang Gallery.  A pint of Bak Kwa Ice Cream costs $16.50 and a cup costs $5.50. Reviews of the ice cream on Burpple were postive.
